As the Senior Director of Business Development for Canucks Sports & Entertainment, David is responsible for building and leading a team dedicated to growing and maintaining corporate sponsorship opportunities. Comuzzi’s primary focus is on sponsorship sales, including: signage, promotions, web and interactive elements, broadcast opportunities and hospitality and sponsorship activations, with a mandate on maximizing corporate sponsorship revenues.

Prior to joining the Canucks, Comuzzi worked for ten years in the beer industry in a variety of roles including sales, promotions, sponsorship, marketing and sales management.  Most recently he worked with Canada’s largest industrial distributor where he held positions overseeing a network of branches, in quality and planning and as Director of National Accounts.

Comuzzi was born and raised in Vancouver and enjoys playing recreational golf and soccer. He is actively involved in coaching youth and encourages them to all be passionate supporters of their favorite team, the Vancouver Canucks. Comuzzi and his wife Tami have four young children and enjoy spending time with family and friends.
