Designated driver program
The Vancouver Canucks and Aramark Sports & Entertainment have teamed up to encourage the use of Designated Drivers.
Prior to the conclusion of the 1st period intermission of every Canucks home game, fans with a valid driver’s license, who are at least 19 years of age may sign a pledge to be a Designated Driver for their group. Fans who register to be a Designated Driver will receive one coupon for a regular sized soft drink and will be entered into a prize draw. Fans will be required to wear a Designated Driver wristband to identify that they have pledged to be a Designated Driver and not consume alcohol at the game. Any fan in violation of this pledge will have their wristband removed by arena staff and their name will be eliminated from the Designated Driver sign up and prize draw.
The Vancouver Canucks, Aramark Sports & Entertainment, Vancouver Arena Limited Partnership or any related/affiliated entities shall not bear any responsibility for acts or omissions of the participants in the Designated Driver program.
