Michael Cassidy is the General Manager of Aramark Sports and Entertainment for Rogers Arena. In his role, Cassidy is responsible for ensuring food and beverage operational excellence for Vancouver’s most exciting sports and entertainment facility. Cassidy has over 20 years of food and beverage management experience working as a key leader with organizations such as Great Wolf Lodge, Rainforest Café, Hard Rock Café, Marriott, Prince of Wales Hotels, and Fairmont.
Immediately prior to joining Aramark in July 2006, Cassidy was successful in opening Canada’s first Great Wolf Lodge as Director of Food and Beverage. Throughout his career, he has provided exceptional food and beverage experiences for numerous high profile large events including BC Tourism Rendezvous, The Dali Lama, and S.U.C.C.E.S.S. annual Gala Dinner.
Born and raised in the heart of Niagara’s Wine Country, Cassidy is a collector of fine wines. In his down time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters.
