WHAT IS A CANUCKS MEMBER CARD?
Your Canucks Member Card serves as a convenient cash card and your Ticket Holder ID to access your 20% discount at the Canucks Team Store. If presenting the card for your discount, photo ID must be provided to ensure the benefit is given to the named ticket holder, as intended.
Your Canucks Card is valid for use each season for as long as you are an existing Canucks Ticket Holder or Blue Line Member. Be sure to take advantage of the benefits your Canucks Card offers!
WHERE CAN I USE MY CANUCKS MEMBER CARD?
Your card can be used at the following Rogers Arena outlets:
- Canucks Team Store and kiosks
- Concession stands (L100 & L300, except portable stands)
- Captains Room
- Avaya Champions Club
- Wiser's Centre Ice Grill
- River Rock Club Food Court
- HSBC Crossbar Lounge
HOW CAN I ORDER ADDITIONAL CARD(S)?
Additional cards may be requested through your Account Manager or by calling 604.899.GOAL (4625). Please note the number of cards each account is entitled to equals that of the number of seats on account, to a maximum of four. To satisfy other partners, staff members or clients, collectible Canucks Gift Cards are available to purchase at the Canucks Team Store in any denomination you specify. Additional cards will take approximately two weeks for delivery from date of request.
WHAT IF I LOSE MY CARD?
Lost cards can be replaced by calling your Account Manager or 604.899.GOAL (4625). Please note there is a $10.00 card replacement fee deducted from the card balance, and any balance used while lost cannot be refunded. Replacement cards will take approximately two weeks for delivery from date of request.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Collectible Canucks Gift Cards are available to purchase at the Canucks Team Store in any denomination you specify.
