

Canuck Place Children's Hospice is the Canucks for Kids Fund luminary charity.
Canuck Place Children's Hospice has been serving British Columbia families since opening its doors since 1995 and the Vancouver Canucks through their foundation have granted over $20 million in support of this home away from home for BC children and their families.
As North America's first freestanding children's hospice, Canuck Place offers specialized care for BC children living with life-threatening conditions.Care provided at Canuck Place is child-focused and family centred. The Hospice provides 24 hour / 7 days a week care by nurses and physicians in addition to family care, end-of-life, pain and symptom management, school music and play therapy, recreation opportunities and counselling services.
Canuck players look forward to spending time with the children and families at Canuck place several times a year. Visits include pumpkin carving at Halloween, delivering gifts at Christmas, a skating party at Rogers Arena, and many special opportunities to see hockey at Rogers Arena.
