What happened to Canucks.com?
Canucks.com recently underwent its second redesign in as many years and the upgrades were substantial.
In addition to the overall look and feel, you will also notice changes in the way we deliver Canucks news. Our goal is to make canucks.com the most compelling and comprehensive source for Canucks news on the web. To this end, we’ve revamped the video program, added several new features, and will begin expanded game-day coverage.
This is an exciting transition that we feel will only increase canucks.com’s overall appeal. Find out more about the changes.
I’m having problem watching video, what should I do?
NHL.com video requires the use of Macromedia Flash and the Windows or Mac operating system. The NHL is currently looking into different file formats, but almost all computers should be able to view FLV video.
If you're still having problems, please refer to the NHL's video help page.
Why do Team 1040, Sportsnet and TSN sometimes report Canucks news like trades or signings before Canucks.com?
Canucks.com does not report news that hasn’t been official released by the hockey club. Often times a player will agree to terms on a contract or be traded, but not officially become Canucks property until Central Registry has approved the transaction. Unlike other media outlets, canucks.com will not report on speculation.

Why can’t I find what I’m looking for anymore?
With a few minor exceptions, we have only added new features to the site. Everything that was available last season should be posted on the new canucks.com. The names of some of the sub navigation headings have changed, and a few have moved into different menus, but you should be able to find what you’re after with a quick browse through the main menu bar.
Some of the pages haven’t been updated in quite awhile, why is that?
Computers will often “cache” or store pages on frequently visited website to save loading time. Simply hit the refresh button on your browser bar to ensure you’re seeing the latest version of the page you’re after. If old content is still coming up, contact the website manager.
