WHAT IS A CANUCKS MEMBER CARD?
Your Canucks Member Card serves as a convenient cash card and your Ticket Holder ID to access your 20% discount at the Canucks Team Store. If presenting the card for your discount, photo ID must be provided to ensure the benefit is given to the named ticket holder, as intended.
This season, you will receive a new card under our new service provider, offering a simpler and more straight-forward website for checking balances and loading funds. Plus, transactions at participating food & beverage vendors at General Motors Place or at the Canucks Team Store and satellite shops will be faster and hassle-free. Don’t forget that each time you swipe your card at General Motors Place you will automatically be entered to win great prizes throughout the season!
WHERE CAN I USE MY CANUCKS MEMBER CARD?
Your card can be used at the following GM Place outlets:
- Canucks Team Store and kiosks
- Concession stands (L100 & L300, except portable stands)
- Sterling Vineyards Room
- Nortel Champions Club
- Brewhouse Grill
- River Rock Club Food Court
- Crossbar Lounge
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PREVIOUS BALANCE (if applicable)?
Any loaded balance remaining from your 2007.08 Canucks Member Card has been transferred over to your new card. Click here to check balances, review transactions and load your card for 2008.09. It’s fast, simple, and secure!
HOW CAN I ORDER ADDITIONAL CARD(S)?
Additional cards may be requested through your Account Manager or by calling 604.899.GOAL (4625). Please note the number of cards each account is entitled to equals that of the number of seats on account, to a maximum of four. To satisfy other partners, staff members or clients, collectible Canucks Gift Cards are available to purchase at the Canucks Team Store in any denomination you specify.
WHAT IF I LOSE MY CARD?
Lost cards can be replaced by calling your Account Manager or 604.899.GOAL (4625). Please note there is a $10.00 card replacement fee deducted from the card balance, and any balance used while lost cannot be refunded.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
To start using your Canucks Member Card, just click here and login using your card number. No steps are required to activate your card, and you can check or load your balance right away!
Collectible Canucks Gift Cards are available to purchase at the Canucks Team Store in any denomination you specify.
