Shane just short

This is getting ridiculous.

The Vancouver Canucks erased another third period deficit on Thursday night to force overtime against the Anaheim Ducks, but unlike the two previous games, the home side fell just short in the end losing 3-2.

Shane O'Brien scored with 53.6 seconds remaining in the third period to send the game to overtime. In the extra frame, Teemu Selanne played the role of spoiler scoring on a swift wrist shot that evaded Andrew Raycroft with 1:11 left to play. Vancouver is now 6-0-1 in pre-season play. More
