Canucks acquire Jeff Costello from Senators
Vancouver Canucks President & General Manager Michael D. Gillis announced today that the Canucks have acquired left wing Jeff Costello from the Ottawa Senators in exchange for defenceman Patrick Mullen.

Vancouver, B.C. – Vancouver Canucks President & General Manager Michael D. Gillis announced today that the Canucks have acquired left wing Jeff Costello from the Ottawa Senators in exchange for defenceman Patrick Mullen.

Costello, 23, has recorded 19 points (11-8-19) and 69 penalty minutes in 34 games as team captain with Notre Dame this season. A Milwaukee, WI, native, he has collected 60 points (28-32-60) in 105 games with Notre Dame.

The 5’11”, 212 pound left wing was originally selected by Ottawa 146th overall in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.
