Canucks recall Jeremy Welsh from Comets
Vancouver Canucks President & General Manager Michael D. Gillis announced today that the Canucks have recalled centre Jeremy Welsh from the AHL Utica Comets.

Vancouver, B.C. - Vancouver Canucks President & General Manager Michael D. Gillis announced today that the Canucks have recalled centre Jeremy Welsh from the AHL Utica Comets.

Welsh, 25, has appeared in two games for the Utica Comets in 2013.14. Over the span of his NHL career, the Bayfield, Ontario native has collected one point (0-1-1) in six games.

The 6’3”, 208-pound centre was acquired, alongside Zac Dalpe, by Vancouver on September 28, 2013 from the Carolina Hurricanes in exchange for Kellan Tochkin and the fourth round pick in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft.
