25 millionth guest to visit Rogers Arena
Another historic moment is on the horizon at Rogers Arena. The 25 millionth guest in history to attend an event at the arena will arrive on Thursday, October 10th when the Canucks face-off against the San Jose Sharks. To celebrate this momentous occasion, Canucks Sports & Entertainment will present the 25 millionth fan with Canucks season tickets as well as tickets to all Live Nation events over the course of the year. There will also be a number of prize giveaways and other surprises throughout the night for those in attendance.

All this week, Canucks.com is hosting a social media campaign, encouraging fans to tweet their favourite moments at Rogers Arena with the hashtag #RA25Mill. One lucky fan who participates will win tickets to Thursday’s game as well as two complimentary tickets to a maximum of 20 Live Nation events at Rogers Arena over the course of a year. 25 Millionth Guest Night Prizing:

· 23 lucky fans will be presented with a game-worn jersey from a Vancouver Canuck on the ice post-game.

· The 25 millionth fan will receive Canucks season tickets and a pair of tickets to all Live Nation events over the course of a year.

· The winner of the social media contest on Canucks.com will receive a pair of tickets for 20 Live Nation events over the course of a year at Rogers Arena.

· The first event at Rogers Arena was a Bryan Adams concert hosted on September 19, 1995.

· Hosted the Canada-Russia game during the 1996 World Cup of Hockey.
