Rapid Fire
- We want to wish a "tillykke med fødselsdagen" to Jannik Hansen. For those of you who haven’t been practicing their Danish, that’s Happy Birthday.
- Brendan Gaunce set a new career high in points with a hat-trick on Wednesday as his Belleville Bulls clinched the OHL’s East Division banner. The Bulls finish up their regular season with two games on the weekend. Also in the OHL Frank Corrado and Evan McEneny have both set career highs in points and they finish up their regular seasons on the road.
- Nicklas Jensen and Jordan Schroeder will try and light the lamp in back to back games with the Chicago Wolves heading to Rockford tonight.
- Meanwhile, over in Sweden, 2011 draft pick, Finally, in Swedish Elite League playoff action, Henrik Tommernes and Frolunda face Lulea in game two of their series today. Tommernes recorded an assist in Frolunda’s game one loss.
