(July 5, 2012 - Orlando, Florida)--- The Vancouver Canucks’ Fin, along with 27 other mascots from Major League Baseball, the NFL, NBA, NCAA and the NHL, will compete in the Celebrity Mascot Games, July 19-21.

The family event of the summer in Central Florida is also the epicenter of the mascot world for three days. Mascots will compete against each other in a variety of wild & wacky games, including an obstacle course, hungry hungry mascots and an inflatable joust to see who the true champion of the mascot world will be.

Proceeds from the event will benefit New Hope for Kids, a Central Florida organization that grants wishes and offers specialized grief support for children and families. The Celebrity Mascot Games also hosts on online auction as a fundraiser for New Hope for Kids. The auction will be held on EBay (http://www.mascotgames.org/charityauction.html) from July 19^th through July 29^th.
