Canucks round 1 single game playoff tickets on sale Saturday, March 31

Vancouver, B.C. – The Vancouver Canucks announced today that over 1,000 single game tickets will be made available for all home games in Round 1 of the 2012 Stanley Cup Playoffs. Tickets for the general public will go on sale via phone and internet only on Saturday, March 31st at 10:00 a.m. Fans can purchase tickets online at www.canucks.com/tickets or by calling Ticketmaster at 1-855-523-6800. Tickets will be available at the Rogers Arena Box Office and Ticketmaster Ticket Centres as of Monday, April 2nd based on availability. Tickets will be distributed once the Round 1 game schedule is confirmed and announced.

Ticket prices for Round 1 begin at $135. Based on availability, each household will be eligible to purchase a maximum of four tickets per game.

Fans unable to secure tickets on the on-sale date are encouraged to sign up for the Last Minute Tickets Club to receive e-mail notices when tickets are released for purchase (canucks.com/lastminute) or check Ticketmaster every Monday morning for great seats released for the game(s) in that week. Holds are also released within 48 hours of the game day up until puck-drop. For more information on tickets, please go to www.canucks.com/tickets. Single game tickets purchased through Ticketmaster for playoff games not played in the first round will automatically be refunded at point of purchase.

Tickets for confirmed games may also be obtained through the Prime Seat Club once the Round 1 game schedule is announced and can be accessed at www.canucks.com/primeseatclub. The Prime Seat Club is the Canucks official secure site for Season Ticket Holders to sell their seats for games they cannot or choose not to attend.

All Canucks Ticket Holders are provided the opportunity to purchase their playoff tickets in advance of the public on-sale as part of their benefits package. Playoff Paks for Round 1 and 2 will also be available to Canucks Group Leaders, Power Play Pak buyers, Blue Line wait list members and other members of the Canucks family.

Vancouver’s postseason schedule and opponent for the Western Conference Quarter-Finals has yet to be determined. An announcement is expected after the regular season concludes on Saturday, April 7th.
