Answer: Lots of questions about Salo. He has not yet been cleared to play - until that time we will not be making any decisions.

Question: Are you planning to any tradings, don't have to be specific? What's going on with Alain & Shirokov?
Answer: We built our team in the Summer, but are always looking to take advantage of any opportunity that comes our way.

Question: Do you think this team can have a better 2nd half than they did the first?
Answer: Our goal is to stay consistent throughout the course of the entire season. If we do so we will hit the same results.

Question: I hear the players after wins talk about how they're not satisfied. Did this mantra start with the players or higher up ?
Answer: Expectations are created at the management level and are extended all the way down. Expectations are high.

Question: Do you believe in the "President's Trophy curse?" (ie: Capitals/Sharks playoff struggles in the last couple of years)
Answer: No I do not; however, we did win the Trophy in Boston and lost 3 straight against Minny who went on to the SCF.

Question: What do you think as been the biggest change this year for the team and which player has surprised you the most?
Answer: I think there are many things that add to success - more experience, better players who are well coached.

Question: Will we see Cody H play this season since we have players having a hard time finding the back of the net?
Answer: Cody is playing well - call-up is based on merit. Impressive play in Manitoba and every player has a chance.

Question: All star game. Team staal or lidstrom? And who would be your first 3 picks.
Answer: Henrik, Daniel, Ryan Kesler.

Question: Does the team practice A) shootouts? B) 4 on 4 C)PP D)PK
Answer: Yes to all three.

Question: How much of an impact has Manny Malhotra had on the maturation of guys like Kesler and Burrows? Answer: Manny has had a very positive influence on our team. Great impact.
