2011 Canucks for Kids Fund SuperSkills, powered by Rogers: The Vancouver Canucks, in partnership with Rogers, are proud to host the 2011 Canucks for Kids Fund SuperSkills event at Rogers Arena on Sunday, February 27, 2011.

Net proceeds of the event are going to the Canucks for Kids Fund and the NHLPA Goals & Dreams Fund. In 2010, this event raised in excess of $175,000 for the Canucks for Kids Fund and the NHLPA Goals & Dreams Fund. The Canucks Centre for BC Hockey, in partnership with BC Minor Hockey, raised an additional $2500 for minor hockey teams throughout BC.

This event allows Canucks players, joined by 16 minor hockey players, to showcase their skill and agility in six individual on-ice events and is a great and affordable way for families to see their favorite players in a fun atmosphere.

Doors will open at 12:00 pm with on-ice activities starting at 1:00 pm. Fans are encouraged to come early and watch the Canucks Alumni intra-squad game and take part in the various concourse activities, including the opportunity to have a photo taken with Canucks mascot Fin and many of his mascot friends. The first 10,000 fans will also receive a commemorative team photo card. For complete event details please visit Canucks.com/skills.

This event is made possible thanks to Rogers, Bayer Contour, Danone, Grimms, Playstation, Terasen Gas and our media partners Team 1040, Team 1410, The Beat 94.5 and 103.5 QM/FM.
