Join Canucks Alumni for a fun and competitive hockey game at Burnaby 8 Rinks, benefiting Athletics for Kids. A minimum donation of $350 is required for one of the highly coveted roster spots available to community members and Athletics for Kids supporters. Teams are mixed so participants will have the opportunity to skate alongside the likes of Dave Babych, Cliff Ronning, Kirk McLean, Randy Heath, Gino Odjick, Dave Tomlinson, Dusty Imoo, Trevor Linden, Markus Naslund, Gary Nylund, Stan Smyl, Gary Valk, Orland Kurtenbach, Mark Lofthouse….

The event is hosted by John Ashbridge. Participants will be well looked after pre-game with trainer Gerry ‘Slammer’ Dean working the dressing room, and Ernie Dougherty and Rod Brathwaite behind the benches. Post-game festivities will include dinner at the Thirsty Penguin Grillhouse, and silent auction items donated by the Vancouver Canucks and Gameday Auction.

A4K believes that providing children with opportunities to participate in sports is key to every youngster's successful development. This year alone, A4K has provided close to $100,000 in funding that has positively affected more than 300 children throughout B.C.
