Canucks recall Bolduc, Schneider, and Tambellini

Vancouver, B.C. - Vancouver Canucks President and General Manager Mike Gillis announced today that centre Alex Bolduc, goaltender Cory Schneider and left wing Jeff Tambellini have been recalled from the Manitoba Moose of the AHL.
Bolduc, 25, has played 22 NHL games with Vancouver, registering an assist and 17 penalty minutes. The Montreal, QC native was originally drafted by St. Louis 127th overall in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft and signed by Vancouver as a free agent on July 2, 2008.
Schneider, 24, played in 60 games for the Moose in 2009.10, collecting a career high 35 wins. He registered four shutouts and recorded a .919 save percentage. In six Calder Cup Playoff games he recorded a .905 save percentage. He appeared in two games with Vancouver in the 2009.10 season, registering a 45-save effort Nov. 6/09 at the Dallas Stars.
Tambellini, 26, recorded 14 points (7-7-14) in 36 games with the New York Islanders in 2009.10. He has registered 46 points (18-28-46) in 180 career NHL games with the Islanders and Los Angeles Kings. The Calgary, AB native was originally selected 27th overall in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft by the Los Angeles Kings and signed by Vancouver as a free agent July 1, 2010.
Centre Cody Hodgson, goaltender Eddie Lack and defenceman Lee Sweatt have been re-assigned to Manitoba.
