Vancouver Canucks re-sign right-wing Jannik Hansen

Vancouver, B.C. - Vancouver Canucks President and General Manager Mike Gillis announced today that the Canucks have re-signed forward Jannik Hansen. In keeping with club policy terms were not disclosed.

Hansen, 24, recorded 15 points (9-6-15), including three game-winning goals, and 18 penalty minutes in 47 games with Vancouver in 2009.10. The 6’1” right winger recorded three points (1-2-3) in 12 playoff games.

In 107 regular season NHL games, all with Vancouver, Hansen has registered 36 points (15-21-36) and 57 penalty minutes.

The Herlev, Denmark native was drafted by Vancouver 287th overall in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.
