The Vancouver Canucks and Canucks mascot, Santa Fin, spent the afternoon of December 5th with some very special young fans at BC Children's Hospital. The players delivered gifts, signed autographs, posed for photos and chatted with many excited patients, from infants to teenagers, and their families.

One young patient was in the midst of enjoying a very special celebration when Daniel and Henrik Sedin, Tommi Santala, Jan Bulis, and Alexander Edler walked into his room. Surrounded by his oncology doctor, his family and Vancouver Canucks players, this young boy was receiving a commemorative trophy in celebration of now being cancer-free. This special ceremony touched the hearts of everyone in the room.

This visit to BC Children's Hospital is an annual tradition that the Canucks look forward to each December.
