Canucks Re-Assign Nathan McIver

Vancouver, B.C. - Vancouver Canucks Senior Vice-President and General Manager Dave Nonis announced today that defenceman Nathan McIver has been reassigned to the Manitoba Moose of the AHL.

McIver, 21, played his career first NHL game on November 9th versus Anaheim. The blueliner logged 11:20 of ice time and blocked four shots on the night. McIver was selected by Vancouver in the eighth round, 254th overall in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft.
