On Saturday, September 23, running enthusiasts took part in the 4th annual , presented by Telus. For this enjoyable and rewarding event, families, teams, and individuals collected pledges in support of the Canucks for Kids Fund and completed a 2km or 10km course on the beautiful trails of UBC.

Following the race, several Canucks team-members were on hand to thank those who participated in the run. Signing autographs and posing for pictures were Matthias Ohlund, Roberto Luongo, Ryan Kesler, and Luc Bourdon.

Canucks General Manager, Dave Nonis and Canucks mascot, Fin, hosted a medals ceremony and awarded prizes to the top runners. A pair of club seats was awarded to the runner who raised the most pledges-- over $500! Other great prizes included pre-season tickets, spa packs, and $50 gift certificates from Racquets and Runners.

The event also featured a children's fun zone where kids could visit the Telus Critter Corner and have their faces painted, get tattoos of their favorite animals, and decorate cookies.

Thanks to all who attended this year's . Your participation allows the Canucks for Kids Fund to continue assisting children's charities throughout British Columbia.
