DAVE NONIS NAMES ALAIN VIGNEAULT HEAD COACH06/20/06
The changes keep coming at Orca Bay as Dave Nonis named Alain Vigneault the new head coach of the Vancouver Canucks. Keeping with the theme of change, the announcement was made in the Canucks dressing room - a first for even me.
Vigneault becomes the 16th head coach in Canucks history and replaces Marc Crawford who is the new bench boss in Los Angeles.
