Nonis Announces Crawford's Release

04/25/06Dave Nonis walked out to the podium today, but clearly it wasn't for a reason to celebrate. The Canuck's Senior Vice-President and General Manager was out to announce the decision to relieve head coach Marc Crawford of his duties.
Crow had one year left on his contract with the Canucks and Nonis stated that the team would begin it's search as soon as possible and would look at every available candidate to get the team back on track.
