Day Off Skate

The majority of the team got the day off today for the Canucks, but those that didn't - Jarkko Ruutu included - hit the ice at 11:00am. Players that didn't play last night were all at practice going through a workout with Barry Smith and Ian Clark. Dan Cloutier was on the ice facing different scenarios and looked sharp in his split time with Mika Noronen.

Matt Cooke was also out with the spares working hard on his game after getting hit hard in the game against the Los Angeles Kings. Wade Brookbank's shot was working today as he managed to shatter a pane of glass with a slapper from the slot.
