Morning Skate At 8 - Rinks
AND THE GOLD HELMET GOES TO...11/23/05
There was a positive atmosphere during practice at 8 -Rinks this morning after the Canucks 3-1 win over the Black Hawks last night at General Motors Place. Their win moves the Canucks up to 6th place in the league with a solid 30 points.

Ryan Kesler who earned top star of the night, got his share of media attention today. Kesler easily played his best game of the season so far, scoring one goal and opening up chances for at least two more. After practice we made Ryan Kesler try on the gold helmet which was given to him and Jarkko Ruutu in light of their great performance yesterday. We also talked to Steve McCarthy to find out how his recovery is progressing. Check out the audio clips! |
