The Canucks faced a tough game last night vs. the Minnesota Wild, especially at the end of 3rd period when a series of penalties resulted in some nerve racking 5 on 3's and 6 on 3's.

The team, backed by the quality goaltending of Alex Auld, played with a lot of grit and managed to pull off a 2-1 win against the Wild with Ed Jovanovski and Jarkko Ruutu scoring the goals of the night. The Canucks will face the Columbus Blue Jackets tomorrow at General Motors Place. Game time is 7:00

This morning at General Motors Place the Canucks worked on three on three's and took lots of shots on Alex Auld and equipment manager, Jamie Hendricks. The team was in good spirits after last night's win, and were joking around and cheering each other on, all through practice. Dan Cloutier came by to talk to the media about his recovery, listen to the audio!
