Canucks Celebrate Halloween at Canuck Place

PrintOctober 31/2005 - For the past five years the Vancouver Canucks have celebrated Halloween with children and families of Canuck Place. This year, Todd Bertuzzi, Markus Naslund, Matt Cooke, Daniel Sedin, Mattias Ohlund and Fin teamed up with Canuck Place fairies, jokers, ghosts, goblins and even tinkerbell to create some truly original pumpkin creations.

Pumpkin carving was not the only event for the afternoon, after a challenge was extended by Zorro, the players traded in their sticks for swords for a friendly battle that ensued throughout the house.
The annual event was again a great success and made Halloween even more special for very deserving children and their families.
