Vancouver Canucks

OLD RIVALRIES REVISITED
10/20/05

The bigger game will likely be in a couple of days, but for all intents and purposes, the game tonight against Colorado at 7:00 will help the Canucks move on from the last time these two teams met.

Vancouver is ready to take on their biggest rivals tonight. They've won their past three games at home, and are 1st overall in the NHL. Colorado will give Vancouver quite a challenge as they are fresh off a 7-1 win over Edmonton on Friday. Milan Hejduk has been added back to the lineup and Peter Budaj is expected to start in goal. It won't be over tonight as the Canucks and Avalanche will meet again to play two more games on the road. Fans came out to the morning skate at General Motors Place to watch the Canucks practice. We caught up with both rivals to find out how they were feeling going into tonight's game.
