CANUCKS AND PHOENIX MEET AGAIN

The team looked strong and was in a good mood this morning after taking down the BlackHawks 6-2 in yesterday's game. Phoenix showed up later for their practice. Shane Doan, looked a little banged up as he limped past the media with a gash above his eye. Jovanovski didn't look much better with his cut lip from the mean high stick he took in last nights game. In the dressing room the Canucks were swarmed by media who were eager to get the details.

The defense had a solid game yesterday; Mattias Ohlund was one goal short of a hatrick, and Steve McCarthy was thrilled to get his first point as a Canuck. The Canucks are gearing up to play the Coyotes tomorrow, in which they will show Gretzky that their first win over Phoenix will not be their last.
