Today at GM Place the Canucks had practice before they head off to Edmonton this afternoon to begin the first series of away games. We won't be seeing the Canucks for awhile as they will play away in Detroit and Minnesota before comming back on the 16th to play Dallas at home.
The injury bug appears to have been cured as both Ohlund and Bertuzzi were looking in mid-season condition in the Phoenix game. Mattias Ohlund scored the first goal of the season and Todd Bertuzzi made a nice assist to Naslund. Both Ohlund and Bertuzzi were struggling with back injuries during pre-season but have recovered just in time for the regular season.
