Ice Goes In At General Motors Place

It was a day that many people in Vancouver thought might not happen for a long time, but the ice is finally going in at General Motors Place. And with the new ice comes new lines and new logos. The area in and around the net is the most affected. Notice the angular lines extending from the goal line to the back boards to restrict the goaltenders from handling the puck. Also the neutral zone has been shrunk with the blue lines being closer together giving a bigger offensive zone for each team.
