The Canucks hope to rebound from a tough couple of games tonight against the Detriot Red Wings. The Wings have only two losses this season, though one of them was a 4-2 loss to Vancouver in Detroit on October 10th. Detriot beat Minnesota on Friday in their last game.

It was a quick skate today for both teams as they practiced on Saturday. Vancouver was skating on Friday as well and hope to have Dan Cloutier back between the pipes tonight. Josh Green was recalled from Manitoba today, while Sven Butenschon was reassigned to the Moose, meaning Steve McCarthy will likely be back from his groin injury.
