Michael has been shuffled around the lines a bit to begin the season, his consistency is the only thing holding him back with flashes of pure offensive skill. If he wants to pop some goals, he will have to show he deserves PP time and a chance on the 2^nd line.

Scout Update: As good as his former team the Spokane Chiefs are doing, Grabner is doing just as well with the Moose, he has been the team’s most prominent rookie and has provided balanced offensive flare throughout the year while playing in every game so far.  He has appeared downright dominating on his good nights. His defensive play has not seen a lapse, although there is still space for improvement. He seems to be taking everything his coaches are saying, and displaying that knowledge on the ice. If his stellar play continues and he remains near the top of the Moose scoring chart, and the AHL rookie chart, a callup might not be too far down the road.
