| PERSONAL Cam grew up in Winnipeg playing minor hockey for the AAA Winnipeg Thrashers before being drafted 4th overall by the WHL's Medicine Hat Tigers. He won gold in back-to-back World Junior Championships for Canada in 2005 and 2006.
