- Joe Cannata was a brick-wall on Friday night stopping 32 of 33 shots in a 2-1 Chicago Wolves victory. He’s got some sparkling numbers in the AHL this year with a 1.70 GAA and a .932 save percentage. Peter Andersson assisted on both goals also.
- Frank Corrado and Evan McEneny polished off a solid weekend with the Kitchener Rangers with a perfect 3-0 record. McEneny’s solid January continues with 2 assists (10 points in 12 games) while Corrado picked up another helper, keeping him third on the club in scoring.
- And down in Kalamazoo, the Alexandre’s (Grenier and Mallet) are enjoying life. Grenier had an assist all three K-Wings games this weekend while Mallet scored once and added a helper.
