The Vancouver Canucks held a 2-0 lead on the Edmonton Oilers with four seconds remaining in the second period before the tables were turned.

Jordan Eberle found the back of the net to swing momentum in favour of the visitors; in the third period Ales Hemsky scored a power play goal to force overtime and eventually a shootout, which Edmonton won 2-0.

Alex Edler opened the scoring with a brilliant individual effort and even better scorching slapshot and Zack Kassian made it 2-0 Vancouver at 14:18 of the second period converting a behind-the-back pass from Daniel Sedin.

Roberto Luongo stopped 30 of 32 shots in regulation, but was beat twice on two shots in the shootout.
